If you initiate contact through the enquiry form on this site, you will be providing your name, email address and any additional information you volunteer. This enquiry will be sent to my outlook email account. Please note that the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure, therefore I cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted via this website or via email. Despite this, I will keep any email correspondence and contact data strictly confidential. If, after this initial contact, you choose not to move forward to an assessment session, then I will delete the contact data you have provided. If you are undecided about engaging in sessions, I will hold your data for one month and if I have not heard from you after this time, your data will be deleted.
During your assessment, I will gather further personal details from you in order to determine whether working together will be helpful for you and what model of therapy would best meet your needs. At the beginning of this session, I will seek your consent to hold any further personal data and information about you. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. If you choose to continue and engage in therapy sessions, only necessary data will be recorded, in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and any records will be kept strictly confidential. I have measures in place to safeguard your personal data, such as a password enabled laptop with anti-virus software, which is only accessible by me. Data will be held for up to seven years in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). After this time, any hard copies will be shredded and electronic data, i.e. emails, will be deleted.
For security reasons, it is not possible to make payments through this website. During our initial assessment session, we can discuss your preferred payment method. Please note that transactions made via bank transfer, standing order or cheque will include your name and will be recorded by both of our banking providers.
